White Objects

Fascination with photographing white objects began on a visit to San Francisco's Asian Art Museum. What fascinated me about some pieces was their whiteness, the creamy white with shades of yellows, greens, blues, but essentially the impression is whiteness whether ivory, jade or ceramic. How to get that particular feeling of whiteness photographically was my aim.
